Better safe than sorry.
I set my emergency info as my lock screen for when the Road ID fails—like say when I forget to wear it, or when my ID-bearing arm is caught in the wheel well of a truck. First responders might check the phone first anyways. Bonus: they don’t have to dig around for my ICE and I can keep the phone PIN-locked.
That’s a good idea Carlos. Did you create that on your own, or did you use some kind of template?
I must say though, as a Paramedic practicing full-time in the field for the past 23 years, we don’t touch people’s cell phones. We consider that personal property and do not mess with it. The only chance that will be seen is by a medical examiner after you are dead. Your best bet of that information being seen is a bracelet or necklace.

That’s good to know, Anthony. Hopefully some good Samaritan at the hospital will attempt to contact my wife before I die.
I just laid it out in Photoshop. Used a screen cap of the lock screen as a template.
